Cancellation, Transfer, Payment, and Chargeback Terms:

Pediatric Dental Growth Summit is operated by Minal Sampat LLC and Zar Dental Consulting. By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the Pediatric Dental Growth Summit 2027 Cancellation, Transfer, Payment, and Chargeback Terms.

Summit Registration: This purchase is for summit registration, not a physical product. Registration reserves a seat for the Pediatric Dental Growth Summit. Event services are delivered on the scheduled date or dates for that specific registration option.

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refund Timeline: Cancel within 24 hours of registering for a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancel by January 15, 2027 to receive an 80% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by June 15, 2027 to receive a 50% refund, minus processing fees. Cancel by September 15, 2027 to receive a 20% refund, minus processing fees. Cancellations after September 15, 2027 are not eligible for refunds. Processing fees are nonrefundable.

Registration Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another attendee until September 30, 2027. The original registrant is responsible for finding the replacement attendee and submitting the new attendee’s full registration information by the transfer deadline. After September 30, 2027, registrations are not eligible for a refund, transfer, or credit.

Event Changes: In the unlikely event that the meeting is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer, all paid registrations will be credited towards a future event.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to these terms may result in immediate revocation of registration. Pediatric Dental Growth Summit reserves the right to recover amounts owed under these terms, including administrative, processing, and chargeback fees, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Chargeback fees are nonrefundable.

Right to Refuse or Revoke Registration: Pediatric Dental Growth Summit reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, revoke, or cancel any registration, including future registrations, in cases involving disruptive conduct, harassment, abusive communication, payment disputes, violation of event policies, false registration information, or behavior that may negatively impact the event experience for attendees, speakers, sponsors, staff, or venue partners.

Sponsor Products & Services: Pediatric Dental Growth Summit may include sponsors and vendors who share information, products, services, or offers with attendees. Any purchase, agreement, or interaction between an attendee and a sponsor is solely between the attendee and that sponsor. Pediatric Dental Growth Summit, Minal Sampat LLC, and Zar Dental Consulting are not responsible for sponsor products, services, claims, payments, refunds, customer service, results, or disputes.

Travel Responsibility: Lodging, airfare, transportation, passport or entry requirements, and all personal travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. Pediatric Dental Growth Summit is not responsible for travel delays, missed flights, passport issues, visa or entry issues, weather, illness, personal circumstances, or fees related to changes or cancellations of travel plans.

Room Block: Lodging is not included with Pediatric Dental Growth Summit registration. Attendees are responsible for booking and paying for their own room directly with the hotel or lodging provider. The official Pediatric Dental Growth Summit room block is available only to registered attendees, with a limit of one room at the conference rate per registered attendee. Room reservations may be cross-checked with event registrations.

Marketing Consent: By attending this meeting, you acknowledge that Pediatric Dental Growth Summit may capture photos and videos during the event for marketing, promotional, social media, website, and event recap purposes. I consent to the use of my image, likeness, and/or voice from this event for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Registration information will not be sold or shared with third-party companies for their marketing purposes. I may withdraw marketing consent by sending an email to [email protected]. I understand that Pediatric Dental Growth Summit cannot guarantee exclusion from candid, group, or crowd photos or videos already captured.

Code of Conduct: Pediatric Dental Growth Summit is dedicated to fostering a professional, respectful, and inclusive space for all attendees, sponsors, speakers, staff, and volunteers. Discrimination, harassment, abusive communication, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes offensive remarks, unwelcome advances, intimidation, and actions that make others feel unsafe. Violations may result in removal from the event without refund and, if serious, may be reported to venue security or local authorities. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

Acknowledgment: By completing registration and checking the box below, I acknowledge and accept these travel responsibility, room block, marketing consent, conduct, and event terms as final and binding.
